We are also able to anticipate and address the pending needs of the "Baby Boomer" generation, who want to make their house a home for a lifetime - regardless of one's age, or functional abilities.

The nationwide telephone survey of 2,000 midlife and older Americans, conducted by the AARP has found that 67% of those making changes or modifications to their homes believe doing so will allow them to live there longer than they would have otherwise been able to - most for another 10 or more years and that is one of the realistic goals that Frangeli Consulting & Remodeling, Inc wants to help our clients achieve.

Our goal here at Frangeli is to impact our client's life by empowering them to become more self-sufficient, more confident, happier and safer in their own home. The first step in this process is done by creating an individualized design into the home by NYS licensed physical therapists that are able to discern the needs of both our client as well as their care giver. The second step then involves the remodeling process by creating various solutions and installing products that assists in meeting our client's needs and budget.
